The Numbers
The Challenge
The agency needed a specialist who could run thirteen Google Ads accounts independently. Every account sat at a different stage of maturity, with different budgets, different campaign types and different competition — so a single templated approach was never going to hold.
It also had to work without supervision. That meant handling client communication directly, explaining strategy with confidence, and producing reporting the agency could put its own name on.
! Thirteen accounts at once — each at a different stage of maturity
! No shared template — budgets, campaign types and competition all differed
! Direct client contact — calls and strategy explained first-hand
! Reporting the agency could brand — weekly and monthly, without chasing
The Strategy
No budget was increased until the account underneath it had been checked, planned and proven — thirteen times over.
Each of the thirteen accounts got a fresh audit first: where budget was being wasted, what tracking was broken, which structures were holding performance back, and where the quick wins were sitting.
Established brands were given scaling plans — new campaign types, bidding adjustments, audience expansion. Newer accounts needed the foundations fixed first: structure, tracking and a proven ROAS before any increase.
Budgets were raised gradually, with testing and validation at each step, so the portfolio grew without efficiency falling away underneath it.
Client calls, strategy explained directly, ClickUp kept current, and weekly and monthly reporting delivered — the agency's clients only ever saw the agency.

Portfolio revenue, year on year
The Results
Across the portfolio, ad spend grew 80% year on year while revenue grew 153% — the gap between those two numbers is the whole point. Growth came from each account improving individually, not from one strategy pushed across thirteen very different businesses.
✓ Revenue +153% YoY — growing almost twice as fast as spend
✓ Ad spend +80% YoY — raised gradually, never in one step
✓ Thirteen accounts held — each on its own plan
✓ Zero agency oversight needed — including client calls and reporting
More Work
A single Performance Max campaign was mixing branded and non-branded traffic.
Thirteen accounts at thirteen different stages, each needing its own strategy.
A brand new Microsoft Ads account, held to a 10× ROAS floor from day one.
A basic account running mostly Search, with conversion tracking nobody could trust.
Budget kept flowing to customers the brand already had, month after month.
A brand new Meta account: no pixel data, no followers, no social proof.

None of these accounts were rebuilt from scratch. Each one was inherited, pulled apart, and fixed where the structure was losing money — before a single budget was increased.
