6 years and running
Case Study
A 6 year partnership with a B2B wholesale brand in the food service and restaurant supplies space. What started as a single channel Google Ads account with limited structure has grown into a full funnel system spanning Google, Microsoft, and Meta Ads, now generating over $2.2M in combined monthly revenue.
Quick Account Overview
The Challenge
When this brand came on board, their Google Ads account was running on a basic setup, mostly Search campaigns with limited structure and almost no use of Shopping, Performance Max, Display, or Video. Conversion tracking and attribution were unreliable, which made it difficult to know which campaigns were actually driving revenue and which were quietly wasting budget.
For a B2B wholesale business, this is a costly problem. Order values are higher, sales cycles are longer, and budget decisions carry more weight. Without clean data, scaling further would have meant scaling the guesswork along with it. Revenue had plateaued around $500K per month, well below what the business was capable of with the right setup.
The Approach
Every account goes through the same proven process: audit, strategy, execution, and continuous optimization, built to maximize ROAS and scale profitably across every platform.
Before touching budgets or expansion, the priority was getting tracking and attribution right. This meant auditing conversion setups, fixing data gaps, and making sure every campaign decision going forward would be based on accurate numbers.
With clean data in place, campaigns were restructured and expanded across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, Video, and remarketing. Each campaign type was given a specific role in the funnel, from capturing high intent demand to staying visible to past visitors and repeat buyers.
Once the Google account was performing consistently, Microsoft Ads was introduced as a new revenue channel, tapping into an audience that Google alone wasn’t reaching. Meta Ads was added next, focused on remarketing and demand generation to support the funnel from another direction.
Over the following years, campaigns were continuously tested and refined, budgets were scaled in line with profitability, and the account structure was adapted as new campaign types and platform updates rolled out. This is what turned an initial fix into sustained, long term growth.
The Results
Over 6 years, Google Ads revenue grew from $500K to $2M per month. Bing Ads, started from zero, now contributes $200K+ per month in additional revenue. Meta Ads has become a steady support channel for remarketing and demand generation, helping convert and re-engage audiences across the funnel. Together, these channels have given the brand a diversified, full funnel system instead of relying on a single platform.

None of these accounts were rebuilt from scratch. Each one was inherited, pulled apart, and fixed where the structure was losing money — before a single budget was increased.
