The Numbers
The Challenge
The account started from the hardest position there is on Meta: no pixel data to build lookalike audiences from, no existing followers to retarget, and no social proof to borrow credibility from.
For a premium product that asks buyers to trust it before they have heard of it, that matters. The creative and the campaign structure had to do all of the work in month one.
! No pixel history — nothing to build lookalike audiences from
! No existing followers — no warm audience to retarget
! No social proof — no reviews or community to borrow trust from
! A premium price point — trust had to be earned before the click
The Strategy
Three campaigns, in order: reach people who have never heard of the brand, bring back the ones who nearly bought, and keep the audience afterwards.
Carousel and video Reels ads were run to cold audiences to show the product range and its features. Native-format Reels did the awareness work — the right format for a premium consumer product people need to see in use.
Dedicated remarketing campaigns went back to site visitors who had not purchased, keeping the brand in front of warm audiences through the consideration phase rather than letting them cool off.
Engagement campaigns grew the social following, which builds a community and creates first-party retargeting audiences — so future months depend less on cold traffic than the first one did.

Spend to revenue, month one
The Results
$3,000 of spend returned over $12,000 in revenue in month one — 445% ROAS with no audience data, no pixel history and no prior brand presence on Meta at all.
✓ 445% ROAS in month one — from a completely new account
✓ $12,000+ revenue — on $3,000 of ad spend
✓ Cold, warm and owned — all three layers running by month one
✓ A retargeting pool built — so month two does not start from zero

None of these accounts were rebuilt from scratch. Each one was inherited, pulled apart, and fixed where the structure was losing money — before a single budget was increased.
